This was an anniversary road trip built around changing landscapes rather than a single destination: the desert atmosphere of Jaisalmer, the heritage character of Bikaner, the blue-city rhythm of Jodhpur, the granite and leopard country around Jawai, and a final pause at Abu Road.
The route moved from palace and desert experiences into a quieter, more personal stretch of the journey. Each stop brought a different idea of Rajasthan — crafted stone, open horizons, warm hospitality and the pleasure of allowing a road trip to unfold one stay at a time.
